5 Simple Exercises To Ease Neck Pain

Have your workouts or work days been producing more pain in your neck then usual?  You may be wondering where this pain even came from. Accidents and injuries that damage the musculoskeletal system (i.e. your bones and muscles) are a major cause of neck pain.  If you haven’t been in a car accident recently, think back 5, 10, 15, even 50 years ago.  Remember any accidents?  Maybe you were a high school athlete or just your average adventurous two year old, chances are you’ve had at least one significant trauma.  Combine that previous trauma with poor posture habits like sitting at a desk all day and neck issues can become a chronic pain that seemingly pop out of no where. Making the effort to repair the damage to the musculoskeletal system from past trauma helps to address the underlying cause of neck pain.   Chiropractic care is a key component in restoring musculoskeletal health which is why having your spine checked for trauma is important!  In the meantime, certain exercises can help aid in the repair process.  Watch the videos below for 5 simple exercises that may help ease your neck pain.
